Gigi Gardner is a highly certified organizational and leadership development coach and consultant, with over 12 years of corporate consulting experience and a Master's Degree in Organizational Management and Development from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California. She is also a graduate of Fielding’s Evidence Based Coaching program and holds an advanced ICF coaching certification with over 1000 leadership and team coaching hours.
